Colorado dream comes true today

Looks like my dream is coming true. I fly out to Denver today and will be closing on a new business. I will be going back and forth between Arkansas and Colorado now, but later this afternoon I will own a piece of the Rocky Mountains.

Just got back from my first week of business. Its located in Sargents off of Monarch Pass. I will pretty much be right next to the divide. I bought the Tomichi Creek Trading Post there. Cant wait to finally meet people on here. Will definitely let you all know when i get back up there.

Lodging, gas station, convenient store, bar and grill. Historically been open from memorial day through last hunt in November. Just contracted for UTV and Jeep rentals. Going to add ski activities this next year.

I'm a little jealous. I speant last night in downtown Denver, today in Boulder, and I head into the wilderness tomorrow but I have to go home Tuesday and won't get back here until September. Congrats on the store. I love CO!
