I think WY or MT have something.

I'll go a step further and say native west of i-25 in CO gets big game preference. Those born east of I-25 can have lifetime pheasant licenses so they have incentive to figure out what they are doing wrong.

MT does for natives that are nolonger residents with a slightly discount price on a guaranteed general tag for elk and deer and I’m sure a few other things. Think it’s now 50% off the NR cost.

Maybe all CO natives should pay 50% of the NR cost they are probably all the ones killing every year anyway.

Nope. Native West can only mean west of the Great Divide. You can have everything east of that
