Once that come up, you will see PENDING on all the species.

RIGHT CLICK on that page and select VIEW FRAME SOURCE

You will then see a page with lots of code jibberish

Scroll down toward the bottom and decipher the Current Codes

This is mine on Thursday - the day before the elk draw - I now have 2 elk PPs and it says 2014
