That's what I was thinking/hoping. We will know this week. Let's try to figure this out. Everyone should post their code, tag and choice number and hopefully we see a trend. Also they may not count if you put in for a pref pt as your first, so mention whether you did that.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's going to be a zero based system according to which choice you got, however the question is whether they count PP. I put in for a PP, then ES, then cow; so if my 581 means I got a PP and ES I'm going to be a very happy man.

Im a non-res put in for 2 choices, first choice requires pp ( i have none). I got a 581
A friend (non res) only put in for 1 choice and got a 581 as well

Interesting... hard to draw any conclusions without knowing if you both got the same tag in the end. But that certainly breaks the choice number idea.

Looks like i got a bear and an elk. Dont know about antlerless though since i applied for either sex.

Yep, you got elk and bear, not deer. Which tag however you won't know until they post on the results site.

Edit: I just noticed that those with a 588 are actually specifying antlerless; interesting. Is everyone else that is getting a 588 non-res and it's specifically saying antlerless?

So it looks like I got my first choice (I assume they wouldn't call either sex "antlerless", but I could be mistaken) EDIT: perhaps this is not the case, seeing as schnagelbagel got the same designation but applied for either sex

3rd antlerless muzzle in 35
