Cold weather work boots

Looking for suggestions on winter work boots. I’m most interested in a tall neoprene style boot (6mm+). I know I could always go with a Muck but I’m curious if any other companies are making a similarly good boot and how you like them. Not a huge fan of the Thinsulate style you’d find in an Alphaburly for dexterity reasons, i lean towards a consistent thickness throughout the boot with a good thick sole. Temperatures -15F to 30F, and my feet pretty much give up as soon as I quit moving.
