@robby denning Ive read this out loud about 10 times and i still feel like i'm riding the short bus. can you clarify? "...you do have to be done within 4 weeks (June 5th) or within a few days when 100th shooter finishes to qualify for prizes."

There's only 100 entries, right? So how can you be within a few days of the 100th shooter finishing, when the 100th shooter finishing would be the last possible entry anyway?

Sorry for all the rules, but if we don’t spell out the minutia, someone ends up upset. So I’m glad you’re asking. Every year there’s guys that enter but don’t finish the challenge, and we reserve the right to let alternates in. So…

June 5 is the end of the challenge

But if 100 qualified shooters finish before then, it will end it early.

Only 100 entries max

Just shoot your three arrows within a reasonable amount of time and none of this will apply to you

I wish there was a easier way to do this.

Well, I guess I suck.

Or maybe should have checked my tune before hand. Still kept 3 in the replacement insert, fine for elk and deer probably, but not groundhog accuracy.

I kept track of my 1st-arrows since march and was over 90% hits, then CBC starts and plummet to 33. Struggle is real

That’s a good idea, tracking those first shots since it’s the only one that counts on the hunt.

This is the least pressure I've ever felt with cbc shots. I attribute that to tournament shooting, and gaining a lot of confidence in my capabilities through those pressured environments.

Ya that's wat I've been finding. Did great in practice the days leading up to cbc. And now I'm 0/2. Got one more I'm gonna sink tonight

@Meshnasty I can’t tell what is your 8 inch vital unless that sticker is 8 inches across and that target is like a 5 ft.² block lol. Please clarify.

Couple notes this year.
First time I have went 6 plus months without shooting my bow, I wasn't that out of wack. But definitely need to get my bow dialed in asap.
Had my eyes checked a week before the start and was wearing contacts for the first time on the start of this challenge.
Apparently crystal clear vision helps with archery, lol...
