Hey Guys, for the Colorado and/or Washington folks on here there was a recent news article that CO's Governor Polis has called the state of Washington Governor and state Fish and Wildlife Commission (DFW) to ask for more wolves given the recent federal ruling on the 10(j) permit. WA is one of the few states willing to entertain sending wolves to CO (MT, ID, WY all said no).
The WA DFW will be meeting 11/13-11/14 as part of a regularly scheduled meeting and will be discussing this on the agenda. A bit of a long shot but it can't hurt to email the commission and let them know your opinion on the matter. Link below that contains a form to submit a public comment and/or call.
