CO Unit 66 2nd Season advice needed

Looking for some last minute advice on Unit 66 CO deer tag. I had a call from a friend who has an extra 2nd season landowner tag and has offered to sign it over to me. Does anyone have any recent info about how the unit is doing or best places to focus on? I live a good days drive away in NW WY but have heard good things about the unit in years past that i am considering heading down. ANY information or advice would be much appreciated.
