CO unit 55.... am I deaf?

Last time I had checked, 55 wasn't OTC. Maybe I'm wrong though...

Archery is draw but rifle is otc. The elk have been weird here this year, not much bugling and they've been real spread out.

I was in 551 last week and due to unfortunate circumstances (my buddy was hospitalized with a nasty staff infection the day we arrived) only got out a few times. Saw fresh elk sign but never saw nor heard an elk. And I would also add never saw or heard a human either so it wasn't human pressure. It was very strange and I've been doing this for 25 years. This was my first time in this zone and am glad I wasn't the only one wondering what was going on.
