CO horseback ride. Who is good

My wife and I are going to go back for just a vacation next spring.
The last time we were out there we had the kids with us so had to do the touristy stuff like Pikes Peak and all that.
This time we will have more time to actually get away from the tourist stuff.
We are planning to stay in the Denver/Golden area as she has family there so we dont have to worry about the cost of an Air B&B or anything like that.
Every time we have went somewhere for just a vacation for us she has wanted to do a horseback ride.
I would like to find some place that does good trips on horseback but is away from all the big city type stuff where we can have a nice time in the Mountains.
Do any of you know of some place or a stable that does good quality trips?
