These posts pop up on a weekly basis. It’s as if they’re a PSA for the FNG’s. If only they’d read these too.

10 posts is easy. I'm on another forum that is time based to interact with the marketplace or DM's. 30 days, period. It has significantly cleaned up the forum from what it used to be. It basically eliminated the ridiculous "gotta make 10 posts" responses or BS threads.

I have seen on other forums where a new "member" signs up and immediately starts messaging people with ads or people who have posted 'want to buy' ads. The 10 post rule helps curb this scammer behavior.

Exactly this seen it on way too many forums over time. Scammers evolve just like anything else and it is really annoying to get a pm thinking it is something interesting and turns out to be a scammer posting crap.

I’ve had several scammers try their hand on here.

Obviously THEY don't know who "wgipdog" is or THEY wouldn't make these ridiculous rules that affect him. If I were him, I would quit this dang site and go find me one without rules.
