Chronograph in Central Oregon?

Anybody in the central Oregon area (Bend, Redmond, Prineville) have a chronograph they’d be willing to let me borrow or rent from them for a day? I know I can get one through rent outdoor gear, but I wanted to check here. The budget doesn’t permit the addition of a chronograph at this point, but I want to gather some information on my factory ammo.

Did you know you can pick up an old school Caldwell for $99? You won’t be one of the cool kids with a new Garmin, but you can get good MV numbers and spend the rest on ammo.

If you can't get a chrono use @Formidilosus method of truing MV. I have been using it and it's working great.
