Christensen Arms Traverse Review

I drew a good goat tag this year and my wife suggested that I get a new gun since we came into a chunk of $$$ I’m strongly considering a traverse in 6.5 prc or 300wsm.

5 years ago I had zero interest in any 6.5 but the PRC is the real thing......

Is anybody packing one of these around? I want one but looking at it, it seems a bit heavier than I’d prefer. By the time I put an nxs 2.5-10 on one, I’d be close to 8.5lbs.

That seems kind of fast, doesn't it? I've read barrels generally last around 2-3k rounds.

Yea a little. I could also give it a good copper cleaning for sure. And 6.5prc I would expect to last less than 1500
