Christensen arms new recoil pad?

I've been shooting a Rigeline in 28 Nosler the recoil is very light in my opinion. Try it out you might be happy.

I bought a win mag in June or July and the same deal; it came with a different recoil pad than the limbsaver advertised everywhere. I also felt cheated at the time, but it has a slimmer profile. I prefer a shorter butt stock and fit personally (even though I have longer arms). I was told they didn't use limbsaver anymore and were very vague on the reasoning for the change, but they did say they felt the new pad was more durable than the limbsaver. I don't know if it was a quality problem they were addressing, price point issue or if it was a supply issue with limbsaver not being able to get them recoil pads fast enough during a pandemic? Either way I bought a Ti Pro 5 port from rokslide and because of that there has been no concern by me on recoil with the new pad they use. If you want the original pad, they are still sold by limbsaver I was told.
