Hard to tell in the photo. You're looking for circumferential striations indicating a chipped or worn reamer, or they got a chip caught while reaming. Could also be a burr at the chamber mouth that they didn't clean up.
Do you have access to a chronograph? If the velocity is within reason, then pressure isn't the issue.
I had this issue with my CA 300 PRC, it only happened when I fired to many rounds back to back. I am assuming the heat between the receiver and the brass were making things stick/expand. considering the PRC is a really a tight tolerance cartridge, I assumed this was normal with heat and the brass expansion. It has not happened to me again now that I'm a bit more mindful to take a break between shots..
