Chicken Ak to Dawson and Whitehorse

Making the trip at the end of June. Can anyone recommend some of the cool historical attractions or restaurants we should not pass up?

Planning on spending a day in Dawson and hopefully a day in Skagway. From who I can read online, Whitehorse may not be worth stopping in

Already have one. Alaska F&G also has a nice write up of fishing spots you can access from the road

whitehorse: beringia center and transportation museum do not forget the world biggest wind indicator aside of the airport.

i will avoid skagway first tourist trap and full of tourists because of cruise ships. try haines way better and the road despite being longer is so great from pacific to high peaks on one road.

check 511 yukon as our roads are closed sometimes due to forest fire and evacuation alerts.
