Chest holster/bino harness combo?

With some experience in leather work I decided to try my hand at my own chest holster. I will combine it with a modified pouch for binoculars on the front and out of the way of pistol draw. Prepping for a horseback guided Elk hunt in autumn of 2022. I will use it on the farm and for hunting next whitetail season in practice for Colorado.

I saw a recent picture of the edge of an old beat up leather holster getting inside the trigger guard and firing the gun when holstering.
Maybe put a strip of leather or kydex around the rim if you wanted to be extra safe. Cool rig!

Is there an easy way to rig up a range finde pouch to an fhf bino harness? Or just a better way to attach it than paying the 35 dollars for their pouch?

I just tied my pouch to the side of the bino harness with some paracord. See my post on the first page. I think it shows it
