Cheaper alternative to something like Sitka Mountain Pants (Softshell?)?

I have 2 pairs of First Lite Kanabs which serve me well, but don't do great in a day-long drizzle.
I don't need kneepads, and don't want something like Walmart Wranglers. Is there a medium-to-heavy thickness softshell pant that is similar to the Mountain Pants but not $200?

But once cry once.

Kuiu Attack pants do not come close to Mountain pants in terms of durability. Mountain pants are the best hunting pant I’ve ever worn, hands down. I’d even buy used before I’d hunt in Attacks.

Kuiu Guide pants are very durable, but they’re much warmer than the Mountains so less versatile.

I wasn’t aware the Guides were warmer. I’m actually looking for a warmer pant as the Kanabs work great up to the 60’s.

Going to look into those!

While I agree with @t_carlson about the point on durability, I favor attacks for fit and comfort. OR has some pants that get blown out on sales that you can look at Called ferosis. Prana zions are worth a look too.
