Cheap Stuff that Works

I’d like waterproof. Like rain gear waterproof.
Should have been more clear. Thanks for the suggestion.
Swazi makes some good anorak style rain coats, but they don't really follow the theme of this thread as they aren't cheap.

Tried freezing these bags for use in a cooler then drinking when they thaw? Wonder if they will hold up.
Thanks.
Also what cutting mats are you using as el cheapo kydex sheaths?
I haven’t froze them. Not sure theyd hold up. I may try it just for giggles.
I just found flexible cutting mats at Walmart. They came in a multi pack for a couple bucks. I think any thin cutting mat would work.

It’s ok brand. But I find sleeves little shorter that need it. This one little better quality and better sizing
Just got that MAGCOMSEN brand sun hoodie in the mail today. Way better than the other Chinese brands I've tried like Baleaf. I'm 6' 3" 210 and have a hard time finding cheap sun shirts that fit my arms and are long enough without being huge around the chest or stomach. These are perfect. A Large is almost exactly the same dimensions throughout as a Kuiu Gila large for me.

I didn’t make it past the $50 t shirts. 😁
Thanks for the suggestion though.

They usually run $34.99 I thought. I have been using the same pair for three years of hunting now and I bought a new pair last year but the old ones have held up well for me.
They very well could have been, good to know they last a few seasons though!

This Sofirn Headlamp from Amazon has treated my VERY well!

Cold steel Canadian belt knife. Not the same as the original or one of the customs from Deer rock, but sharp and works great. I don’t feel bad about abusing it or if it gets left behind.

Sam's Club and Costco usually have decent headlamps in a three packs. And they have decent work gloves, good for when you want to protect your hands but it isn't cold.

Some gardening gloves. These typically give enough heat and hand protection for early season. You can pick these up at your local garden shop or home depot for a few bucks.

Not sure if they still have them but Costco had the wrangler at tech pants for $19.99 a few weeks ago locally. They quickly turned into my preferred early season pant and I can buy a weeks worth for one pair of “hunting pants”.
