Chassis Buttstock Alternatives

Hi all,

I've been thinking about taking the leap into a chassis, specifically the XLR element, and am wondering if anyone has any experience with more budget oriented buttstock alternatives. It seems like most builds I've seen use the XLR smoke carbon stock, but I want to do my due diligence to see if there are other good options out there, knowing that it's all AR compatible. Another option might be something like the Magpul CTR with a cheek riser, but that's still heavy, and I don't see a need for adjustability.

Something to confirm when you are looking for a buttstock we don't sell is the actual length of the buttstock. This will allow you to confirm the LOP is correct for you. Our two carbon buttstock lengths (actual lengths) are listed below for reference.

Carbon 12.5"
Actual length- 9.625"
LOP- Fixed- 12.5" Folding- 14"
Carbon 13 3/4"
Actual length- 11"
LOP- Fixed- 13 3/4" Folding- 15 1/3"
