He’s right you know… it’s really more of a rose wine or a white zinfandel color with streaks of burgundy and cabernet….any one of which is a lot more masculine than pink.

If one calls a color rose wine or white Zinfandel, that isn't masculine. Pink would be more masculine at that point.

if one is inclined to refer to another person as “one” instead of dude or youse or yuins or perhaps yall, there is contained within the phrase a certain grammatical snootiness. Does not one begin to see what I mean? One might even go as far as referring to such phrasing as effete.

Also I thought my whole “ wine pallet” dealio was kind of fun… in a somewhat, but not overbearingly, masculine kind of way. I mean it’s not like I’m wearing a f’ing pink shirt or something.
