Changing eyepieces on hunt?

Im using a nikon ediii spotter and have 2 eyepieces for it, the mcii 20-60, and the 24x wide angle. The 24x is significantly more comfortable to look through but obviously lacks adjustability. Starting to consider bringing both and swapping to the zoom lens if needed but keep the WA on for most glassing on a mule deer hunt. The weight isnt really a concern, just whether or not I will swap back and fourth on the mountain. My binos are an 8x42. What would you do?
