How do I change my username. Was told by admin I need to. I can't figure it out and he isn't replying to my reply. Thanks!

He said I "can't promote my business" guess because I put the LLC in my name.

I think it’s a 30 day wait after the initial sign up and we only allow one change so make sure you’re happy with what you submit.

Did he submit a change and get denied or did he just get a message saying that he needed to change it? A denied request shouldn’t reset the 30 day period, I think? @J. Swartz LLC ?

I believe that what @Steve300xcw is referring to is that @J. Swartz LLC was probably happy with the first user name he submitted.
Meaning the one he has now.

My current name now "j Swartz llc" is what I put in originally. Then about a week or two after I started the account I got a "welcome message" that also said I needed to change my username.
