The last several years I've set a goal to hike the year number, yesterday I hit my goal of 2023 :). Not sure how many years I can continue to do it, but I'll try.

A breakdown- these are all single track/off trail miles- no Super Walmart parking lot miles :D.

Had to average 5.6/day, 39 miles/week. I think I might have missed 7 days the entire year. 134 miles I was on snowshoes, ~ 800 miles I had a pack on (25-85 lbs), elevation gained (and lost) was ~ 400,000' and ~ 1300 of those miles I was accompanied by faithful dog- Tiny Elvis.

Few highlights

Totally, totally impressive sir...in fact, legendary!!

You are living proof of Issac Newton's first law of motion...a body in motion stays in motion LOL!!

I also appreciate you taking us along the way with your photo images...so many beautiful scenes of countless and ineffable adventures.

Congratulations on making your annual goal (again)!!!
