Catalyst Foundry vs. SG M7 Pants

Wondering if anyone has had a chance to check out both of these pants side by side? Or if you own one or the other, how do you like them?

I have the M7, haven't had the chance to do anything with them besides try them on. They fit well, quality seems to be great based on visual inspection. They're fairly noisy out of the box and I'm hoping they quiet down with use and a few washes. Time will tell.

I have the foundry. They are a gray pant. Wore them all last season from November to Jan. Excellent pant. I’m buying the M7 for wetter days

one is a hard shell pant and the other a soft shell pant, they cant be compared to one and other in my opinion. The catalyst vs the DH pant is a more accurate comparison.
