I have 4 and been happy with them. They are all 1.1-1.3 moa or better.

I have owned/owned both and in my experience carbon barrels can every bit as accurate as steel but go to shit quick when they warm up. I assume it’s due to the light contour of the actual barrel and the carbon basically holding heat in them but that’s just a guess so don’t stew me for it….
