According to Gene they have new management handling production

My last barrel from them came in like 1 month or something crazy. Communication was great and it shoots awesome.

But that was like 2 months ago

Damn, really? That’s crazy. My last order took 14 months.

I was shocked. He guaranteed I’d have it in 6 months and I received it about a month after ordering

That’s good to know. I wanted one for the gun I’m putting together right now but ordered a McGowen instead because I thought there was no way itd be here in time for season.

I called when I ordered and discussed the 12+ month lead times not going to work for me (might have to order elsewhere) and when I’d need it by. Obviously I can’t guarantee it would always work, but it went well for me

I talked with Gene ( good guy ) recently and he said they have undergone some personnel changes, whole place got the flu, and are backed up. Not a good excuse for poor communication, hope they get that fixed, as I like my barrel.
