CANVAS CUTTER help!

Hey rockslide ! I had a pole develop a crack on the end of a pole system from canvas cutter .Does anyone know how to get ahold of them ? I tried the available options on social media . Or does anyone know of an option for a diy pole system ? Thanks for the help.

I've found them hard to get ahold of. No phone number. They don't respond to instagram messages. and I'm still waiting on a response from an email a week old.

I have to say, their CS sucks. I ordered a dominator 2 weeks ago. Was in stock when I ordered. Don't have it, don't have a tracking number. And they haven't responded to any emails since I put the order in. Another reason I don't like dealing w/ businesses w/ no phone number.
