I broke a buckle on my Dominator last fall and reached out to them via email on their webpage about 7 times and have yet to get any response at all…. Can’t find a number to call either… anyone have any idea how to get ahold of this company??

Now have left multiple voicemails… no response …and now messaged them on messenger… pretty hard to talk highly of any product with this kind of customer service.

Yeah that’s a little ridiculous. Not that I was in the market for anything they’re selling, but if I ever am I’ll be sure to steer clear.

We do our best to be as timely as possible and pride ourselves on our CS. I couldn't find an email with an issue of your sort in our history. If you wouldn't mind providing the thread of your warranty inquiry in your new email and if we were indeed "none responsive", then we'll make it right.
