So I kinda wanted Alaska moose but getting a partner doesn't seem like an option and guides are really pricey, so thinking about Alberta for moose. Would like an opportunity at a 50 ish and budget around 10k ish. Anyone have any experience with any Alberta guides or Canadian expenses by some chance?

I suppose they are there but 50 is a big moose. My daughter shot 42 this year and it was the only bull we saw.Nice weather just not nice hunting weather.Might look at some of the BC hunts.I also don't think a guy could do a Alberta hunt for that.Maybe if he drove. It was 800.00 to bring all our stuff back and 250.00 for the coolers let alone motels and rentals

I’m sure you can find a hunt for your budget but wanting a 50” moose in Alberta would be a very big ask, and most likely set you up for disappointment. I would think the further North and west the better.

I bow hunted a couple years ago with Wayne Zafts for less than your budget. I did drive there. Killed a 38.5” bull and was happy with it.

50” is more of an Alaskan/Yukon moose, not usually the Canadian moose, but you could always get lucky.

In my many moose hunts I have observed that they are generally a low density animals and takes patience. Passing a legal animal especially on a time limited hunt is a good way to go home empty handed.
