Can you buy CO preference points later

I'm going to hunt OTC this year, but wanted to get started building points too, but just realized I missed the draw deadline somehow, even though I thought I'd put it on my calendar. I could have sworn I read somewhere that you could outright buy a point later on in the year though, but now I can't find that information anywhere in the big game guide. Am I thinking of another state or just mistaken or is that possible. Thanks!

You missed Colorado.
Can still get Arizona and buy a point in wyoming until october.
