Can we sell used suppressors now?

I know we always could sell a used suppressor, legally, but the stack of 200 tax fees made it unreasonable to do.

Is it now reasonable to sell suppressors? Seems like you can sell person to person in state for free, using the same form 4 process?

But how about across states? The process is, you form 4 to your local sot, they form 3 to purchasers sot, then buyer does form 4. Aside from a fee your sot charges for the transfer, is it all free now?

I think that is correct for the out of state. The latest update to the eforms site now allows P2P as well, instead of having to do paper in the past.

I am in the process of selling a couple in state now. Just waiting for the eforms site to settle down from the traffic spike, Mine are all on single shot trusts, so I can add the buyer and they can take possession as soon as we have the forms notarized. Then just wait for the form to clear.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe fish for someone in-state that thinks their OG is too loud or their Scythe will explode and liberate them of it.
