Can it be done? Vortex turrets

I've got 2 vortex optics with different features that I wanna swap the turrets on. I'll YouTube it but I figure someone else may have tried it.

Optic 1 is a diamondback tactical with open turrets. 1" tube.

Optic 2 is a crossfire HD with capped turrets. 30 mm tube.

Are the actual turrets interchangeable? They're both in MOA.

Ok, I'll bite. First.... why? 2nd.... most likely no, but you can take the turret off of each and find out real quick.

The newer scope is just a bit higher end (still not super high) and it prefer exposed turrets over a capped turret.

That’s said, you’re right. It won’t work. lol.
