There is a screw on the 3x9 SWFA power ring. Can a stud be threaded in there to make rotating the ring easier?

The power steering pump in my tractor has a slow leak. So every few weeks I have to twist the cap off and add fluid. The cap is original, so almost 50 years old, and pretty slick. Probably 5-6 years ago I took a large zip tie and pulled it tightly around the cap so as to have a nub for my hand to twist against. It's stayed on and served well and if I had to replace a zip tie every 5 years, I can live with that.I have a giant cable tie on all mine, cut the tail completely off and just use the bump left over for my thumb. I wanted something more low profile than the available levers and did it as a test (thinking they wouldn't stay), but they are still there and work well.
Please report back.I have an email out to swfa asking about studs for the 3-9. May try one of the aftermarket options or zip ties next.
