Can am x3 max - rifle storage

My family does a lot of backcountry SXS rides in the desert where it is very dusty especially if we aren’t the lead car. I bring a tikka t3x compact 223 along of these rides but haven’t found a great place for it. I’ve been using a cheap soft case and putting behind the kids rear head rests. I got a koplin boot but can’t find a good mounting point on this car and while it fits the compact, my rifles with larger optics are too tight. I could use a hard or soft case on the roof but it’s not super easy to access up there. There are some occasions where we have had water in the cab on some river/wash crossings so it has to be off the floors. Anyone have any tips on where you mount/store your guns?

I have a Can Am Commander and found a 2 gun rack that mounts inside the cab over my head. Believe I got it from EverythingCanAm. Been happy with it.
