Curious to hear from the masses on the best Camp chair. I'm mostly talking truck camping here, not backpacking UL stuff.

I sat in a few at scheels today, including the yeti trailhead model at 300 bucks. The scheels brand padded model for 80 bucks took the cake for me. I see lots of the rocking ones with the shocks but never gave them a sit.

What say you folks?

I have several different ones, none of them are very memorable. I did sit in a Kodiak Canvas chair at the Western Hunt expo in SLC. It was super comfortable and I almost took one home.

I am a fan of the rei chairs that look more like an old style camp chair. I don’t like the collapsible style that slide in a bag. Arm rest always slide down or break, and the are not that comfortable for me.

I rented the yeti trailhead chair for a 11 day float. They are heavy and extremely comfortable. My back starts to hurt in a normal camp chair. Not with these things. Sweet, heavy chair.

Cheap 10.00 dollar chair from Walmart. Use in camp and for hunting. Very comfortable. I need my money for ammo.

I bought my wife one of those rockers with the shocks for the deer camp from academy. It's a very comfortable chair. I should have bought two because I use it when she's not there but have to use a cheap plastic patio furniture chair when she is there.
