to @gr8fuldoug and his crew. I've been agonizing over a Swarovski spotter and they took fantastic care of me. World class customer service indeed. And after they help me with the spotter I also got my tripod and head from them as well. Extremely fast and free shipping as well. Couldn't ask for a better company to deal with.
