Does anyone know anything about the Sig Sauer KILO2000 Rangefinder Cabelas has on sale for Black Friday. All the reviews I have seen are for a 7x25mm but the model cabelas has on sale is a 6x22mm. Is it worth $220?

The description is kind of weird since it says 6x22 in the description but at the bottom says 7x25

I know right. Sig shows this model as out of stock on their site so it appears to exist but I literally can’t find any information about the 6x22. The flyer I have at home says it is a BPS/Cabelas exclusive.

I heard the display on the Cabelas is different, it does not auto adjust the brightness.(could be wrong) I bought the BDX2200, couldn't be happier!

I have the sig 2000 and really like it. I would not think they would build a different 2000 just for cabelas.

I bought one when on sale a month or so ago. mine is 6x. Havent had it very long but seems like nice rf and big improvement in glass and distance over my 10+ yr old Nikon 440, which I have no complaints with. As old as it is, still going strong

Don’t know if you’re still looking, but I’m going by to compare on Boxing Day. I have the old kilo2000 and it’s definitely a 7x and a great little rangefinder but the wife saw the flyer and wants her own but the 6x22 has me worried if it’s actually the same or not.

I really like mine until the temperature drops. Only complaint I have is below freezing the range gets cut in half. I can stick it inside my jacket to keep it warmer and it seems to help. It may not be a problem where you are at, but in SD the temps in November can be single digits or less. Other then that it’s great. Angle compensation if you have a bow works great. Ranging targets out to a 1,000 yards no problem. It’s really one of the best rangefinders you can buy for the money.

Thanks for all of the feedback. I decided to get the rangefinder after testing it in the store. Seems like it will work for my needs and the price seemed right for the options available.

Cool, I also picked one up for the wife, there are some differences but it’s just as quick and accurate as the older version and will work just fine. Also for that price it’s a steal.

I recently grabbed one when it was on sale. Its a 6x. The clarity is night and day from my Leupold 850i. Which has been great, just wanted an illuminated reticle. Hoping to sell that off soon to recoup some back on the sig purchase

Reviving this thread as I’m looking at buying one of the Cabela’s versions. Can anyone confirm the statement above that the cabelas version does not have the auto brightness adjustment for the reticle? If so, have you ever found yourself wanting for that? I’m looking at either getting the kilo 1600 (which has the auto brightness adjustment) or the cabelas exclusive kilo 2000 which is on sale for the same price right now

It does not have auto brightness ( that I am aware of). You can manually set the display brightness between varies settings. Has worked for me so far. No complaints.

I bought mine from a cabelas 2-3 years ago. Upgrade from a vortex. Very happy with it. Speed of ranging was a significant upgrade from the vortex. I have only used it from bow distances out to about 250 yards. No complaints.
