Cabelas Multi Day Pack Frame Swap

Hey everyone. New to Rockslide. I've searched the forums and have not found this discussion. I recieved the Cabelas multi day pack for a present. Love the pack but not the "frame". My question is, can I put this pack on a different frame like the Alps outdoorZ Coomander or similar? Going on an elk hunt in CO in September and would like to use this pack but I want a better frame. Has anyone done this or is it possible? Thanks!

I have one and was wondering the same thing. The aluminum stays are built into the waist belt so I don't think you could do it without some re engineering.
Its a nice pack but the waist belt is too big if your 31" or smaller.
