I called the BassPro in Houston and they showed 1 in stock. Pulled it for me. And I went and picked it up.

Worth calling BassPro as well and seeing what’s available.

Showed as “limited stock” online when I checked that particular store.

I ordered last night around 5pm EST. This morning they cancelled my order without any email notification so I’m guessing they didn’t have accurate count of inventory.

Only reason I noticed was the credit back to my credit card and then logged into my account to see order cancelled.

Can’t say I’m shocked.

I don’t think it matters much. I once ordered a bunch of long underwear through cabelas (2pair) before I told my buddies. They all got their orders and mine was cancelled.

I just checked my receipt. 5:35pm EST ordered and then I received my confirmation email that they are preparing my order at 6:01 EST.

Mine has been pending since yesterday at 4pm est just got a text from FedEx that a package is on the way for me ( which I never signed up for delivery notifications for FedEx recently) got on my order status and now it says shipped. I thought I wasn't getting them, but looks like they are on the way

Several of the cabelas still have 8x32s, you can’t see them in stock online because 8x isn’t an option. Worth calling if you want an 8x.

I really wanted some 10x42s but it’s still a screaming deal.

We’ll, got my 10x42’s in the mail today and I can’t say that I’m not more than a little disappointed.

As soon as I open the box, I se that the bino box has a pink ‘display’ sticker on it. I open it up, and the binos I were sent show some very slight signs of handling and have a sticker on them (wonder if they had been in the bargain cave). The hinge is also a little looser than I would like or expect.

If they are going to send out anything other than new items, it would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Optically, they are great. Just wasn’t exactly the deal I thought I was getting. But, that’s the new Cabela’s for you…

Yeah, it kinda stinks.

Truth be told, they are still nice binoculars and are probably no worse off than if I took them out for a week or two. It’s just a sticker which will come off and a couple light scuffs on the rubber armor. I wish the hinge was tighter, but I suppose anyone could get one that’s not exactly to their liking.

I’ve bought a ton of crap from the bargain cave over the years, but it’s just nice to know that you’re getting what you thought you paid for.

Just got mine in and its brand new, the optics are great super clear and bright! They have original box, case lens covers and paper work. Sorry to hear yours were a demo, hopefully others are new as mine. I couldn't be happier ( except I should have ordered 2)
