Butchering black bear

Do you mind sharing your recipe. I just shot my first black bear on Sunday and also butcher my animals
I cant find the recipe online that I used, but this one is close. I recommend using a Dutch oven in the oven around 300 for most of the day.

 
Following this. I have quarters and backstraps from two bears whole frozen in the freezer now. I'm trying to decide how to process it. First time with bear. We ate a little backstrap, from the first bear we killed, fried with almost no seasoning and no breading, so we could get a true sense of the meat's taste and decide if we wated to keep any meat or not. It was delicious with nothing done to it.

First time processing a bear and had pepperoni and brats made and they are excellent!
