Bushnell cellucore dual sim. Download avi file?

I just purchased anther bushnell camera. It's a dual sim. When signed me up it defaulted to the standard plan. According this plan you can download videos. These files are avi. I tried to download one to my cell with out success. Can you download them to your cell? If not, going for the cheaper package
