I bought this Bushnell AR Optics 4.5-18 with Drop Zone 223 reticle sometime a year or two prior to Covid. It lived on a 223 AR and shot very well for me. I used 55 gr Blitzking from HSM and it basically lined up with the reticle. Farthest I shot was 550 and had a softball sized group of 5 shots.
I wanted to be able to start dialing shots for that rifle so replaced it with an SWFA 20x G2.
I had a bunch of Loctite residue on the scope tube and used the backside of a knife blade to scrape at it. There were a couple stubborn spots on the back part of the tube I got a little aggressive with and ended up scraping some anodizing off. The marks pictured were not from rings, they were from me removing the residue.
Glass is free of scratches or defects. My phone went into live mode and so the lenses look way dirtier than you can see with your eye.
