Burris Veracity Gen II 2.5-12.... Thoughts?

Did you ask if they would all be FFP? I'm pretty sure the whole veracity always has been.

It's crazy how bad these companies are at giving their customers information about the products.
It is indeed crazy. There are all kinds of errors on their webpage for the new Veracity 2.5-12, eye relief data on the webpage being another. I believe accurate information can be had by downloading their pdf user manual. Frustrating.

I like how some brands list specs in metric measurements for some items and in imperial measurements for others.

I would list them in both types of measurements. Mixed is lunacy.

I have had mine about a year.

Good:
1) Glass clarity is good for the price point
2) Seem to be built well. I have not drop tested it. It has held zero,
3) The dial system is accurate
4) I hunted with it in dense forest. At lower magnification, it worked perfect. I think it would do well on an open country hunt.

Bad:
1) I am not really a fan of illuminated Reticles because of batteries.
2) On a range trip, the battery died leaving me without the use of the electronic system. The reticle was still usable without the illumination.
3) But - My issue with batteries is not limited to this scope.
