For those who own the Veracity PH, I was told that although it has 66 moa of elevation adjustment, the dial only has a single rev of roughly 34 moa. Is this correct?

I've got 4 of the older XTRII 3-15x50s. I didn't pay more than $500 for any of them at the time of purchase several years ago so I was happy with the value for the dollar. I've taken them out to 1050yds with ease. Strongly considering an XTR III for my 300WM.

One question for those with experience, do you like the SCR 2 reticle? Any issues/complaints?

I have been interested in the Burris Scout 2x7 to mount on my AR in 6.8 in place of a leupold 3x9 I have on there. Anyone used this scope? I don't think I would be mounting it as far forward as a true scout scope, but like the idea of the greater eye relief for hunting hogs.

I have 2 Burris fullfield E1 scopes. A 3-9x40 and a 4-14x42. For a scope under $200 they are fantastic. Clear class, lightweight, and hold zero. For a budget minded scope I’d recommend 100%. They sit dead even with the leupold freedom line, but cheaper. Leupold has better eye relief, glass clarity is the same. I used the 4-14x42 E1 in Montana last year on a mule deer hunt. It stood even with my buddy’s leupold vari x 3. Shot a mule deer right at 200 yards with it using the BDC reticle. Second line is 200 yards with my setup and was right on the money.

I also have 2 Burris veracity 2-10x42 scopes. These are the most expensive scopes i own, and the eye relief and clarity of these scopes are top notch. Bought one last spring for my .243 to replace the E1 3-9x42. I moved the E1 over to my 350 legend. Haven’t got to stretch the legs on it yet, but I was so fond of the scope that i asked for another one for Christmas. Had it under the tree, just waiting on rings to put it on my 30-06 to replace the E1 4-14x42. The only down fall on the veracity is the weight. They’re toads. The only thing i have to compare the glass with is a leupold bx-4 binos, and they are on par with it. Natchez shooting sports has the veracity scopes on sale for under $500 regularly.
