Burris Optics Customer Service Has Changed...

Was looking to get some additional Information on a Burris Optics Rifle Scope. Emailed them last Dec 2025 and have been waiting for them to respond - have yet to? So today I did a google search and found that they have changed how you can email them via their "contact us" form. Now once you complete that Form you get a 3rd Party requiring a verify code. Which is not an instant email for that code. Once you get that "code" and enter it, then you have to complete this 3rd Party Survey before your contact form is sent to "Burris Optics".

DId not have that last year when I needed to get some additiona Scope Rings Screws and some information. Was just email and then submit a request and done! (Had Ring Screws heads strip out. So much easy / simple to contact CS for Burris Optics. (Too many Hoops to get Product Details and Information. Not So Simple as it was!) Yet they are too offer a unlimited warranty yet how do you get in contact? Not Good.

I just did a warranty on a Droptine back in December. I logged into the portal like normal, filled out the info and sent it in. They were out of stock and the new scope showed up a couple of weeks ago.

I literally just filled out the contact form in the customer service section on the website and it was sent with no issues. Nothing third party involved. I'll post updates.
 
I was mistaken! I was so hoping for some Customer Service from Burris Optics I thought this 3rd Party was doing it. As I have been Emailing - Submitting Requests for almost 3 months and Have Yet to get Anything as to some Warranty help and Product Information. Even wrote Letters Nothing...
Sorry was just Hoping for some Help from Burris Optics. I am all but done with buying anything again from Burris. There is Zero Replies to the more than 5 inquiries SInce Dec 2025. If You Can't get Any Assistance there is no point dealing with them at least that is where I am at right now!

Dude quit apologizing for shit. No one is calling you out or anything. I don't know what third party you're talking about. I'm wondering if you were even on the actual Burris website.
