Sorry you had to wait so long to get a replacement, to bad it wasn't closer to what you wanted.I finally got my replacement a couple days ago. They upgraded my scope but not what I wanted. I sent in a 3x9x40 predator quest and they sent me back a fullfield 4x16x50 illuminated and parallax adj. Yes, I know that is an upgrade, but its heavy and I wanted light weight plus I have zero need for a 16 power scope.
Im not complaining, I will figure out something with it and happy this is finally done. It just took 4 months.
I should say, I wasnt upset it took so long. What upset me was they told me my scope was defective and they were gonna send me a new one in 3 weeks. After a couple months I had heard nothing from them and I emailed, sent comments to the repair spot, etc and only got canned messages with no info back or zero response. I dont do well with getting ignored, ever.
I received a brand new Veracity PH today via UPS. My original had to go back 2x and the second time, they replaced it with a new one.
I’m very happy with their warranty and service.

What were the issues/issue with your original scope?
Over time the zero stop stopped working. I sent it back and they fixed it only for it to happen again a few months later. This time they replaced it.
Either the zero stop screw would wear down or the housing that holds the screw would warp over time and allow the screw to flex and slip over the zero stop peg. Never could figure out what caused it but over time, the zero stop would stop below “0” and eventually wouldn’t stop at all.
I just heard back from Burris today and they are sending me a replacement for the 2-7x32 Handgun scope that I bent where the eye piece joins on. When it ships they will provide a Tracking NumberI just sent in a 10 year old Burris 2-7x 32 Ballistic Plex Posi-Lock handgun scope that has seen a lot of rounds on my SRH and have had it on a CVA Scout Pistol for the last couple weeks until it few off a table and landed on the floor knocking the eyepiece at quite an angle.
I looked over my old papers on the Forever Warranty and it states both damage and defects. It says it will not cover intentional damage.
I contacted them with the problem and they sent a return label. So I will see if it is covered under Damage.
If not, I guess it was my own fault.View attachment 861934
