A friend of mine gave me a Burris Fullfield II scope that would not hold its zero so today while I was working in Greeley I stopped by their plant to have it repaired. I told the very helpful guy working the front window what was going on with it and he said "give me about 15-20 minutes and we should have it done for you." My jaw about hit the floor as I was expecting to leave it with them and have them ship it back to me. I left for about 30 minutes, came back and there it was, all fixed up and ready to go with no questions asked. I couldn't believe it and am now considering buying one of their XTR scopes for my .300 winmag. I've only had one other scope go bad on me and Leupold took care of it but it is very convenient to be able to drop it off and have it fixed the same day. So, here's my shout out to Burris for taking care of the customer.
