I've used two empty amdro fire ant bait plastic cans for last couple years. If you cut the bottom off, you can nest one inside the other. Remove the plastic lable and they are completely white. When raked against brush or trees, they make good & loud sound, and then with the handles, you can use them as mock antlers. I've found a bull magnet, fiberglass call to be much heavier, more brittle, and bulkier to transport/carry. Plus at the end of the hunt I can just toss them into a fire, avoid dragging them hom. Very EZ make some more next year. I've heard of others using empty oil or coolant cans, gatorade bottles attached to a long stick, etc..
