Honestly, I haven't mounted it on my rifle because I don't like changing stuff untill after hunting season, but as far as I can tell by holding it up at last light by hand it seems to be great. Slightly better then the swfa on my rifle now which im only switching for the small weight savingsThank you, last question, how is the reticle in low light? X2Myself and a few friends have had good luck with the Redfield line from Leupold. We have really beat the crap out of them. Those are less than your $400 budget though.
